Junior Infection Control Nurse

<p style="text-align:justify;">Reporting to the Head of Nursing, the selected candidate will be responsible for the prevention of infection, surveillance, investigation and control of infection.</p><div><br></div><p style="line-height:15.0pt;"><b><u>What you will be doing:</u></b></p><ul><li>Assist in monitoring infection prevention and control practices across the hospital.</li><li>Participate in surveillance and data collection related to infection cases.</li><li>Support the delivery of staff training and awareness sessions on infection control.</li><li>Assist in implementing hospital infection control policies and procedures.</li><li>Contribute to infection control reports and provide input to the Infection Control Committee.</li><li>Educate patients and staff under supervision regarding infection prevention measures.</li></ul><p style="text-align:justify;"><br></p><p style="text-align:justify;"><b><u>What are we looking for?</u></b></p><ul><li>Minimum - Certificate in General Nursing</li><li>At least 3 to 5 years of experience (experience and certification in infection control will be an advantage)</li><li>Possess leadership skills</li><li>Demonstrate self-motivation, quick learner, organized, attention to detail and able to multi-task</li></ul>
