Responsibilities:

</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Internal Controls Implementation:</strong> Assist in developing and implementing internal control procedures to safeguard assets, ensure accuracy of financial data, and promote operational efficiency.</li><li><strong>Compliance Monitoring:</strong> Conduct regular reviews and audits to assess compliance with healthcare regulations, organizational policies, and procedures.</li><li><strong>Financial Audits:</strong> Support senior controllers in conducting financial audits to verify the accuracy of financial records, identify discrepancies, and recommend corrective actions.</li><li><strong>Risk Assessment:</strong> Assist in identifying financial and operational risks, evaluating their potential impact, and developing strategies to mitigate risks.</li><li><strong>Documentation and Reporting:</strong> Maintain accurate documentation of internal controls, audit findings, and compliance assessments.
