responsibilities:

</p><div><br></div><div><br></div><p style="text-align:justify;"><strong><u>What you will be doing:</u></strong></p><div>Prepare the overtime book for:<br>- Operating Theatre staff<br>- On call nurses.<br>Prepare the please supply form for the nurses and doctors needs<br>Prepare the Quarterly Return, the Monthly Return and the Doctors' Rent.<br>Prepare Purchase Order and do the follow up.<br>Update the personnel file.<br>Make follow up of the consignment.<br>Looking for quotation from suppliers and do the follow up.<br>Make all entries of purchases on the computer.<br>Forecast the capital expenditure.<br>Follow up of all the maintenance contract.<br>Checking the stock movement and all entries done by pharmacy.<br>Checking the expiry items regularly.<br>Take Minutes of Operating Theatre meeting.<br><br></div><p style="margin-left:18.0pt;text-align:justify;"><strong><u> </u></strong></p><p style="text-align:justify;"><strong><u>What are we looking for?</u></strong></p><ul><li>School Certificate</li><li>Computer Literate</li><li>Minimum 1-year experience in a similar role.</li><li>Good communication skills</li><li>Ability to work on pressure and shift system</li><li>Excellent organizational and leadership abilities</li></ul>
