Registered Nurse - ICU

<div><strong>Career Opportunity</strong></div><div><br></div><p>C-Care is currently looking for an <strong>ICU Nurse</strong> to join our dynamic and skilled multicultural healthcare team.</p><div><br></div><p><strong>ICU Nurse </strong></p><p><br>The selected candidate will work under the supervision of the <strong>Head of Nursing</strong> and will be responsible for providing high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to patients with life-threatening conditions.

The ideal candidate should have strong critical thinking skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a commitment to delivering holistic, patient-centered care. </p><div><br></div><div><strong><u>What you will be doing:</u></strong></div><ul><li>Manage caseload of patients ensuring patients have care plans following assessment</li><li>Ensure continuity of high standard of care on evidence based practice to all patients (critically ill) patients</li><li>Perform any technical task and assist doctors in relevant procedures, ensuring the patient’s safety at all times</li><li>Ensure unit equipment is in working order and maintained.</li><li>Ensure unit inventory is well stocked and correct.</li><li>Ensure all patient care and interventions are accurately documented.</li><li>Ensure all care is given in accordance to hospital protocols, procedures and guidelines.</li><li>Assist resuscitation team in the event of cardiac arrest.</li></ul><div><br></div><div><strong><u>What are we looking for?</u></strong></div><ul style="margin-top:0cm;" type="disc"><li>Diploma in Nursing ( Recognised by the Nursing Council in Mauritius)</li><li>Registered with Nursing Council of Mauritius</li><li>At least 3-7 years of work experience</li><li>Computer literate</li><li>Ability to work efficiently under pressure</li><li>Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills</li></ul><div><br></div><table align="left" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0"><tbody><tr><td width="0"><br></td></tr><tr><td><br></td></tr></tbody></table><div><em>Management reserves the right to call only the best candidates for an interview. </em></div>
