<p style="text-align:justify;line-height:115%;">Security Guard</p><p style="text-align:justify;line-height:115%;">Reporting to the <b>Security Supervisor</b>, the selected candidate will have the responsibility to ensure the security of the building, its occupants and contents.</p><p style="text-align:justify;line-height:115%;"><br></p><p style="text-align:justify;line-height:115%;"><b><u>What you will be doing:</u></b></p><ul><li>Keep a permanent watch on the building entrances with a view to assisting people or preventing problems as the case may be</li><li>Prevent access to lifts/staircases to unauthorized visitors outside visiting hours</li><li>Provide assistance to patients requiring wheelchairs at the entrance</li><li>Keep an eye on Cashiers’ and Secretaries’ counters on the ground floor where money is being handled and may attract potential robbers</li><li>Provide assistance to nursing staff when requested by authorized personnel</li><li>Ensure daily check and the proper operation of lifts, security grilles, night lights and door locks</li><li>Note any problem or unusual event in the Occurrence Book (giving precise details such as time of occurrence and name/s of person/s involved) and report to the appropriate people</li></ul><p style="margin-left:18.0pt;text-align:justify;line-height: 115%;"><br></p><p style="text-align:justify;line-height:115%;"><b><u>What are we looking for?</u></b></p><ul><li>School Certificate.</li><li>Should have at least 1-year experience in similar post.</li><li>Good communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills.</li><li><b> </b></li></ul><p style="text-align:justify;line-height:115%;"><b>Location: </b>Floreal, Mauritius.</p><p style="text-align:justify;line-height:115%;"><br></p>
