Grocery Reset Merchandiser

Overview of the Role

• The Grocery Reset Merchandiser with grocery retail/ supermarket experience, will work on a team to update, and refresh Publix to new format based on planograms.
• Location: Boca Raton, FL
• This position is full time, 35 - 40 / hours a week, four 10 hour days, Monday - Thursday
• Compensation: $19 - $20 hourly, based on experience, skills, and qualifications
• Specific hours ranging from 5am - 3:30pm
• This position requires consistent use of mobile apps for photo uploads, task completion, and communication.
• Required to drive to stores in assigned territory to complete retail task & audits at local grocery retailer

What You’ll Do at C.A. Fortune

• Travel to specific retail locations in Boca Raton, FL and surrounding areas
• Reset Section based on provided schematic
• Work with a team to achieve our goals
• Utilize technology to complete work efficiently
• Report findings and data to management through downloaded app
• Use power tools to assemble fixtures
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, and lift regularly throughout the day.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Maintain a safe working environment while working in the stores
• Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to dress code and attendance guidelines.
• Comply with any guidelines established by the Store Team

What You Should Bring to the Table

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation
• Valid Driver License
• Proof of Automobile insurance
• Reliable phone (within 5 years old) service and internet service for daily communication.
• Ability to drive to stores in assigned territory to complete retail tasks & audits at local grocery retailer.
• Strong communication skills
• Previous grocery reset experience is a plus
