Lead day-to-day store operations, including sales, inventory, order management, reporting, and store maintenance
Drive sales of kitchen cabinets, bath vanities, countertops, flooring, and installation services
Build, train, manage, and motivate a high-performing sales team to exceed goals
Ensure a clean, inviting showroom and warehouse while providing superior customer service
Perform product demonstrations and design kitchen layouts using 2020 CAD software
Oversee product loading and offloading, ensuring efficiency and safety
High school diploma or GED required
5+ years in cabinet sales/design or sales + managerial experience in construction/home improvement retail
1–3 years of direct sales management experience preferred
Strong skills in inventory control, retail operations, and team leadership
