Finance Analyst

Responsible for performing day-to-day financial operations, supporting budgeting and analysis, and managing procurement related accounts payable and receiving functions. This role bridges Finance, Accounting, and Procurement by maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards, and coordinating with vendors on order fulfillment and payment matters. The position supports the Finance & Accounting Manager while partnering closely with the Procurement Department to ensure smooth purchase to pay cycles for maritime and ship repair projects.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field, OR equivalent work experience.
• 2-5 years of work experience in the accounting/financial reporting areas
• Knowledge applicable financial
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and accounting
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet
• Excellent communication and problem-solving
• Ability to support multiple financial functions and adapt to shifting
• The ability to handle complex source selection and negotiate situations is preferred
• Able to obtain and maintain base access
• Must be able to communicate, orally and in writing, in English.
• Travel as needed
• Experience in maritime or ship repair industries a plus.
