    Required skills:

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and seven years of Oracle ERP implementation and sustainment experience.
    • Deep functional expertise across Oracle EBS financial modules within a federal environment.

    • Familiarity with FIAR, USSGL, GTAS, SFIS, and Funds Control workflows.
    • Excellent communication skills with federal financial executives, auditors, and analytics developers.
    • Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain an IT-2 background investigation.

      Nice to have skills:

      • Experience supporting DoD migration efforts to Oracle SaaS/Fusion or modernization of legacy EBS reporting.
      • Exposure to AI‑enabled analytics, data quality automation, or advanced visualization solutions.
