    The Opportunity:

Join our team supporting USTRANSCOM's Joint Transportation Management System (JTMS), a mission-critical enterprise platform that modernizes transportation, logistics, and financial operations through SAP S/4HANA ERP integration. We're looking for an accomplished Data Analytics Tester to validate data quality, analytics, dashboards, reports, and end-to-end data flows across this large-scale SAP implementation. Your expertise in SQL-based validation, source-to-target reconciliation, ETL/ELT testing, and analytics verification will be essential to ensuring that JTMS data is accurate, complete, consistent, and reliable for operational and business decision-making. In this role, you'll partner with cross-functional teams—including developers, data engineers, business analysts, and product owners—to deliver trusted, high-quality data and analytics solutions.

    Responsibilities:

    • Requirements Analysis: Review user stories, data requirements, business rules, source-to-target mappings, and acceptance criteria to identify data and analytics test scenarios

    • Test Development: Design, build, and maintain test scripts and test data for data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, interfaces, dashboards, reports, KPIs, and analytical outputs

    • Data and Analytics Testing: Execute source-to-target validation, data reconciliation, database testing, report and dashboard validation, and end-to-end data testing across JTMS within a SAFe Agile framework

    • Defect Management: Document data and analytics defects with detailed reproduction steps and supporting evidence, track issues to resolution, and communicate findings effectively to development and data teams

    • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with developers, data engineers, business analysts, product owners, and business stakeholders to clarify data requirements and maximize test coverage

    • Test Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, SQL validation queries, test data sets, reconciliation results, and traceability matrices aligned with SAFe Agile practices

    • Agile Participation: Actively engage in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, demonstrations, defect triage, and other Agile ceremonies

    • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve data validation, analytics testing, test automation, data-quality controls, and quality assurance practices

    Qualifications:

    • Security Clearance: Active Secret clearance (required)

    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)

    • Experience: Minimum 3 years in data analytics development and testing, data testing, or quality assurance for large-scale enterprise systems

    • Data Analytics Expertise: Proven hands-on experience with SQL, Power-Bi, Tableau, data reconciliation, ETL/ELT testing, and validation of dashboards, reports, KPIs, and analytical calculations

    • Agile Methodology: Strong working knowledge of SAFe Framework, SDLC, and Agile development practices

    • Core Competencies: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, strong attention to data accuracy and detail, strong written and verbal communication skills, and ability to work independently and collaboratively in team environments

    Desired:

    • Analytics Tools: Experience validating dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence platforms

    • Technical Skills: Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases, data interfaces, ETL/ELT pipelines, and ServiceNow CWM for Agile test management and defect tracking

    • DevSecOps Knowledge: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated data validation, Jenkins, Git, and DevSecOps best practices

    • Government Experience: Previous experience supporting federal agencies or Department of Defense clients
