Job Description:

CACI is seeking an Oracle EPM Business Analyst to be part of dynamic team supporting a high-profile Oracle EBS R12 Department of War (DoW) multi-customer solution. This is a fast-paced work environment that supports business operations for DoW civilian agencies and military services. As a professional in CACI's growing Digital and Network Technology Line of Business , you will be part of a team environment that provides opportunities to grow and advance, while changing the way the government delivers software applications.

Responsibilities:

• Support requirements gathering for new EPM user needs and translation into process flows, functional specifications, and user stories
• Provide configuration support for dimensions, forms, calculation rules, and workflows
• Support EDM implementation and metadata governance.
• Support testing and validation
• Collaborate directly with agency technical leads, the DBA team and Oracle Support on infrastructure-level issues.

Required Skills

·        Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

·        5+ years, with relevant experience implementing Oracle solutions

·        Hands-on EPM cloud experience

·        Strong understanding of financial planning and analysis workflows

·        Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

·        Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain an IT‑II background investigation

Desired Skills

·        Oracle Cloud EPM Planning: Essbase concepts (BSO, Hybrid BSO, ASO), dimension design, and data mapping

·        Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI): tenancy, OAM/OID configuration

·        Experience supporting Dow financial programs (DoW, DLA, or similar defense agencies)

·        Familiarity with PPBE budget cycles, fund accounting, and NGRMS reporting

·        Experience with Fusion SaaS integration a plus

·        Experience working in an Agile delivery environment

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$75,200-$158,100
