    The Opportunity:
    The Program Financial Analyst will play a pivotal role in supporting a large program, with additional responsibilities across the division. This position will serve as the financial partner to program managers, overseeing all aspects of program financials—from budgeting and billing to forecasting and reporting. The Program Financial Analyst will ensure contract compliance, support program operations, and maintain financial accuracy throughout the project lifecycle.

    NOTE: This position is onsite in Annapolis Junction and requires candidates to have a TS/SCI POLY.

    Responsibilities:

    • Financial Analysis and Reporting: Analyze, interpret, and report on financial and operational data for the customer and program monitoring
    • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate financial performance against plans, budgets, and forecasts. Identify variances and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
    • Compliance and Accuracy: Ensure that all financial reports and analyses comply with contract, maintaining high levels of accuracy and integrity. which include but not limited to: Reviewing and validate labor charges, subcontractor invoices, travel vouchers, and payment allocations for compliance and accuracy.

    Qualifications:
    Required Skills:

    • Minimum 2-4 years of experience financial analysis, reporting.
      Intermediate MS Excel skills to work with large data sets to perform analysis and monthly manual spreadsheet report in support of monthly invoice
    • Ability to work with multiple support functions (contracts, procurement, accounting, engineering)
    • Good foundation of accounting principles to include cost collection, revenue recognition, Estimate at Complete (EAC) lifecycle, invoicing, and unbilled reconciliation
    • TS/SCI POLY

    Desired Skills:

    • Knowledge of Costpoint, SmartView, and COGNOS
    • Experience in a matrixed organization
    • Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) experience
    • Experience generating Annual Operating Plans (AOPs)

    There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.     The proposed salary range for this position is:

    $66,100 - $135,600
