In this role, you will direct a major effort to design, develop, and deliver a next-generation spacecraft constellation orchestration solution—advancing systems vital to national security and shaping the future of space-based mission operations.

As the Program Manager, you will be the senior leader accountable for full program execution and the primary interface with our Government customer. You will define program strategy, drive technical excellence, and ensure coordinated delivery across multiple mission-critical lines of effort.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Guide teams performing essential work including:

    • Agile software development of spacecraft orchestration applications

    • Integration with enterprise systems and mission workflows

    • User engagement in support of CONOP development and UI/UX refinement

    • Integration of advanced analytics, data science, and AI/ML capabilities

    • Ensure product teams consistently meet customer objectives, technical requirements, and development timelines.

    • Oversee all communication with Government partners to maintain transparency, alignment, and performance against contract requirements.

    • Provide leadership that enables the delivery of a breakthrough capability—one that transforms mission orchestration and strengthens strategic advantage against evolving global threats.

    • Produce comprehensive program reporting covering staffing, performance, finance, risk posture, and overall contract execution.

    • This position will be located at CACI facilities in Sterling, VA or Denver, CO and is contingent upon contract award.

    • Demonstrated success managing cost, schedule, performance, and risk across multidisciplinary efforts

    • Proven ability to lead diverse teams and manage subcontractors and partners in fast-paced, operationally demanding environments

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including experience briefing senior leadership

    Desired:
