The Opportunity:
As a CACI-SOFETOPS Senior SOF Intelligence and Operations Integrator, you will provide senior level expertise and guidance in SOF Sensitive Activities (SA) and Intelligence Operations for the ARSOF CSUs and their Sensitive Activities Mission Management Cells (SAMMC). You will advise on SA/Intel mission management, requirements, and authorities (fiscal, intelligence, and operational), communicating essential directives to stakeholders and integrating sensitive activities across the organization. You will apply core planning methodologies using tools such as JOPES, ADM, and MDMP to support the broad spectrum of Joint SOF SA operations. You will develop tactical, operational, and strategic-level documentation—including OPLANs, CONOPs, and EXORDs—to drive informed decision-making and operational execution. You will integrate and fuse intelligence with operational plans by engaging enablers, subject matter experts, technicians, and IC networks/tools. Through these efforts, you will enable the delivery of products and solutions that support CONOPs, CONEMPs, assessments, and final planning documents for senior leaders. The Senior SOF Intelligence and Operations Integrator provide planning expertise that integrates intelligence doctrine, operations, policy, authorities, and lessons learned—ensuring the formulation and execution of SOF orders and operations, battle tracking, and sustained situational awareness of SOF sensitive activities for the command. You will coordinate across the Intelligence Community by employing accepted systems, processes, and formats to align SOF SA units globally. You will ensure effective IC coordination and deconfliction through established Intelligence Community Directive procedures, and contribute to cable writing, GCOMS/G2G operations, and the implementation of IC/SOCOM/ARSOF doctrine, policy, and procedures. Additionally, you will support planning for Irregular Warfare, SAP/STO capabilities, Information Operations (IO), Psychological Operations, Military Deception (MILDEC), Electronic Warfare (EW), and Cyberspace and Space Operations.

Pay Range:
There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
