Cactus Wellhead - Inventory Control

This is a Cactus Wellhead position and is located in Bossier City, LA. 

Job Summary:   Responsible for helping maintain company stored product in an efficient manner and maintains accurate stock records by performing cycle counts, reconciling discrepancies, managing ERP/WMS transactions, coordinating with procurement and warehouse teams, and ensuring proper stock levels to prevent shortages or overstock.

Essential Functions, Roles, and Responsibilities: Essential duties and responsibilities include the following.

• Practices safe work habits and comply with all quality, safety, health and environmental policies, procedures, programs and regulations.
• Reports related inventory information back to Management, Inventory Control for action.
• Stocks warehouse locations with incoming goods, and proper labeling.
• Assist in inventory counts and reconciliations, daily, monthly, yearly.
• Handle incoming and outgoing product transfers, packaging and unpackaging.
• Pull parts according to transfer orders for branches and perform shipments.
• Responds/coordinates inbound email traffic.
• Assist in review of Job Order completions and job order related functions.
• Special projects or assignments as directed by management.
• Monitor inbound/outbound inventory and updated ERP system.
• Ensure proper documentation for all inventory transactions/movements.
• Coordinate with purchasing teams to track supplier deliveries or reorder items.
• Organize warehouse layout for efficient storage and retrieval.
• Assist with daily warehouse cleanup activities as needed.
• Assist with weekend and on call schedule rotation.
• Perform other regular duties as assigned or requested by supervisor or manager.

Education, Training, Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or two to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Certifications, Licenses, Registrations:

Forklift and rigging certification provided by Cactus WH

Job Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

• Knowledge of wellhead equipment. (preferred)
• Intermediate Computer and Language Skills
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Basic Mathematical Skills and Basic Reasoning Ability.

Supervisory Responsibilities: No supervisory responsibilities
