Overview:
One of the biggest banks in the European Union is seeking a PMO to join the teams’ client.
What will you do?
- Onboarding committees’ preparation
- Hardware and software budget monitoring, sign-off preparation, and monthly reports
- Close collaboration with cluster managers
- Financial analysis and budget trajectory management
- Monthly closing for the client’s entities (accruals /pre-payment, actuals costs control, KPIs analysis ...)
- Dashboards and trend indicators monitoring
- External supplier contact
- Processes set up on multiple subjects
- Transformation of the NFTE + FTE budget management
- Working in collaboration and as a support for the CTO, pillar leads and managers
- Headcounts budget supervision on perimeter at worldwide level
What are we looking for?
- At least 2 years in PMO positions and budget management
- Accounting and financial knowledge
- Experience with Excel / Powerpoint
- Experience in Reporting
- Fluent in English.
