Overview:
One of the biggest banks in the European Union is seeking a Production Support to support and continuously improve the applications within the assigned scope, ensuring reliability and compliance with agreed service levels.
What will you do?
- Manage incidents, problems, root-cause analyses, and remediation actions
- Ensure application operations, performance, availability, and service continuity.
- Prepare, assess, implement, and monitor changes.
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 functional and technical support.
- Maintain procedures, documentation, audit deliverables, and regular reporting.
- Drive optimization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
What are we looking for?
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Experience with Kubernetes and Docker
- Experience with Cross file transfer
- Experience with MQSeries 2
- Experience with Cloud
- Fluent in English
- French knowledge is a plus
