Role: Veterinary ReceptionistStatus: Full-timeSalary: $18–$19 per hourSchedule: Five days per week with a flexible schedule; Saturday availability required; no nights or holiday hours

What Our Veterinary Receptionists Do

• Greet clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
• Answer phones, route calls appropriately, and respond to voicemails promptly
• Schedule appointments and efficiently manage a multi-doctor calendar
• Check patients in and out while maintaining accurate client and patient information
• Collect payments and process invoices
• Keep the front desk and lobby clean, organized, professional, and welcoming
• Collaborate with the medical team to coordinate patient care and appointment timing
• Work comfortably around cats and dogs of all sizes
• Help create a smooth, positive experience for clients and their pets throughout each visit

What You’ll Bring

• Strong customer service skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships
• A warm, confident communication style and passion for helping pets and their people
• Excellent multitasking skills and the ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment
• A positive, team-oriented approach
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to help maintain a clean and professional front desk and lobby
• Willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to a supportive team culture
• Bilingual skills preferred
• Familiarity with veterinary terminology and hospital workflows preferred
• Experience with veterinary practice management software preferred; Avimark experience is a plus
