Senior Qlik Developer

<p style=" line-height:normal;">We are seeking an experienced <strong>Senior Qlik Engineer</strong> to design, develop, and maintain scalable BI solutions using <strong>Qlik Sense</strong> within a multi-tenant energy and sustainability platform. This role operates as a key contributor within the <strong>BI Center of Excellence (COE)</strong>, delivering high-quality analytics solutions across global teams and client environments.</p><p style="margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height: normal;"><strong>Roles and Responsibilities</strong></p><p style="margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height: normal;"><br></p><ul><li>Design, develop, and maintain <strong>Qlik Sense applications</strong> tailored to custom client requirements</li><li>Act as a core member of the <strong>BI Center of Excellence (COE)</strong>, adhering to established standards, architecture, and best practices</li><li>Independently execute development tasks for highly engaged clients while collaborating with the central BI COE</li><li>Partner with internal stakeholders and client-facing teams to <strong>gather, analyze, and translate business requirements</strong> into scalable BI solutions</li><li>Apply strong analytical thinking to <strong>evaluate requirements, challenge assumptions</strong>, and recommend sustainable solutions</li><li>Ensure a balance between <strong>client responsiveness</strong> and <strong>long-term platform stability and maintainability</strong></li><li>Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including updates on progress, risks, and dependencies</li><li>Contribute to <strong>project planning, delivery, and prioritization</strong> in a dynamic, client-driven environment</li><li>Align deliverables with COE priorities while maintaining strong organizational and project management practices</li></ul><p style="margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height: normal;"><strong>Key Skill</strong></p><ul><li>5+ years of experience in Qlik Sense development</li><li>Strong expertise in data modeling, scripting, and dashboard development in Qlik</li><li>Experience working within a BI Center of Excellence (COE) or similar structured environment</li><li>Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities across time zones</li><li>Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills</li><li>Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders</li><li>Experience in client-facing roles and requirement gathering</li></ul><p style="margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height: normal;"><strong>Experience:</strong></p><p style="margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height: normal;">5+ years</p><p style="margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height: normal;"><br></p><p style="margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height: normal;"><strong>Education Qualification:</strong></p><p style="margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height: normal;">B.E/B.
