    About the Role

As the Social Media Content Producer, you will play a crucial role in representing Campus's brand and mission online. You will be responsible for developing and executing social media and other content that engages our target audience, promotes our educational offerings, and builds our brand.

You're excited about this opportunity because you will...

    • Create, edit, and share engaging content daily across our key social media platforms (primarily Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn).

    • Create visually appealing, on-trend, and informative posts that align with our brand identity and resonate with our audience.

    • Collaborate with marketing, PR, and other departments to align social media efforts with overall business goals.

    • Contribute to and implement the overall social media strategy designed to expand awareness of and interest in Campus.

    • Monitor social media trends, conversations, and competitor activity to inform what we make next. Stay updated on the latest social media trends and best practices.

    We're excited about you because...

    • You have 2+ years experience in a social media and or content creation role.

    • You have excellent content creation skills: shooting video (at least on iPhone), video editing, and basic graphic design.

    • Experience creating, posting, and optimizing content on Instagram and TikTok.

    • Ideally you’re familiar with Figma for visual design

    • You have undeniable taste and high standards for your own reactive work

    • You are adaptable, flexible and have the capacity to adapt to changing trends and technologies in the social media landscape.

    • You are a team player: Collaborative and able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

    • You are organized and detail-oriented: A knack for managing multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines efficiently.

    • Bonus if you are game to be on-camera on occasion.

    What you’ll get:

    • A compensation package that includes a base salary ($80,000 - $95,000) + equity grant

      • Actual compensation within the pay range will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. For roles that are available to be filled remotely, base salary will be localized.

    • Medical, dental, and vision insurance

    • 401(k) match

    • Fertility benefits via Carrot

    • Flexible Time Away + paid holidays

    • In-office lunches for our NY Office (did we mention, we’re dog friendly? 🐶)

    • Hybrid work schedule (Mon & Fri remote; Tues-Thurs in-office)

    • Social events - happy hours, birthday celebrations, holiday parties, & more!

    • Opportunity to make an impact – you’ll be an integral player in bringing our vision to life

    Where we’re located: Tribeca, NY
