Building a great company is hard work but work-life balance is also important.</div><div><br></div><div><br></div><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><strong> </strong></p><ul><li>Validating the given healthcare data via calling.</li><li>Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about the data provided</li><li>Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs</li><li>Conduct research on healthcare data and formulate the relevant answers for assigned task</li></ul><ul type="disc"><li>Document with every task in a detailed and structured manner</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><p style=" margin-left:36.0pt;text-indent:-18.0pt;">2+Years of Call handling experience</p><p style=" margin-left:36.0pt;text-indent:-18.0pt;">Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.</p><p style=" margin-left:36.0pt;text-indent:-18.0pt;">Good capacity for teamwork</p><p style=" margin-left:36.0pt;text-indent:-18.0pt;">Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative in resolving issues</p><p style=" margin-left:36.0pt;text-indent:-18.0pt;">Patience and Customer Service skills and the ability to defuse potentially in difficult situations</p><p style=" margin-left:36.0pt;text-indent:-18.0pt;">Good organizational skills and able to work well independently and within the team</p><p style=" margin-left:36.0pt;text-indent:-18.0pt;">Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work</p><p style=" margin-left:36.0pt;text-indent:-18.0pt;">Working knowledge of MS Office tools</p><p style=" margin-left:36.0pt;text-indent:-18.0pt;">Healthcare knowledge is a plus</p><p style="margin-left:36.0pt;text-indent:-18.0pt;">Willingness to work on night / rotational shifts</p><p><strong> </strong></p>
