Job Title: Appointment Setter – Retail Location
Location: Houston Metrpolitan Area (In-Person)

Job Summary:
As an Appointment Setter, you’ll be responsible for engaging with shoppers in a retail environment, explaining our services, and booking appointments for our sales team. Your main role is to be the first point of contact — friendly, knowledgeable, and motivated — helping customers take the first step toward a more energy-efficient home.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Work with retail staff and assist customers as the retail staff would
✅ Provide a brief explanation of our products and services
✅ Identify potential customer needs and schedule appointments for follow-up
✅ Keep accurate records of interactions and appointments

Location:
✅ In-person at a retail location in Houston, TX

Qualifications:
✅ Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
✅ Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
✅ Willingness to learn about our products and services
✅ Dependable, motivated, and comfortable working independently
✅ Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
