Responsibilities
1. Learn & Master the Platform
You won’t just join a team; you’ll become an expert in IRISNext.
- Get trained by experienced consultants and senior developers
- Deep dive into architecture, components, APIs and integration mechanisms
- Join customer installations and configurations
- Assist in customization, performance tuning and troubleshooting
- Gain real exposure to enterprise environments
2. Third Line R&D Support
You’ll tackle the complex challenges others can’t solve.
- Resolve advanced technical issues escalated by support teams
- Diagnose and fix complex system problems
- Collaborate closely with senior developers
- Improve system reliability and maintainability
3. Analysis, Development & Maintenance
You actively shape the evolution of the platform.
- Contribute to architectural and functional analysis
- Develop and maintain back-end engines and services
- Design and implement modern front-end components (Vue 3)
- Work on scalable, secure, cloud-oriented enterprise software
4. Testing & Documentation
Quality is part of your DNA.
- Participate in functional and regression testing
- Contribute to internal documentation and training materials
- Help improve development standards and best practices
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar
- Minimum 5 years of professional development experience
Technical Skills (Must-Have)
- Strong experience in Java
- Strong experience in TypeScript
- Solid experience with Vue.js (Vue 3) or similar frameworks (Angular / React)
- Good understanding of REST APIs and integration mechanisms
- Strong knowledge of SQL and database engines
