Organisational Resilience Coordinator

The Role

Key to the role will be contributing to the on-going development and maintenance of Canopius’ Organisational Resilience framework, ensuring a consistent approach and execution across all functions and relevant locations.

Responsibilities

• • Support and ensure compliance to relevant regulations to which we are subject to including but not limited to MAS BCM Guidelines, BMA Operational Resilience and UK Operational Resilience

• • Contribution to the maintenance and improvement of the Business Continuity Framework including the annual BIA review process and Business Continuity Plan creation

• • Responsible for maintenance and testing of the Group Emergency Notification system

• • Responsible for ensuring the Organisational Resilience SharePoint and Intranet site are up to date and fit for purpose

• • Support with the development & maintenance of the Group Risk & Resilience system

• • Support in the coordination of incidents, including root cause analysis, impact assessment and identifying risks / vulnerabilities and associated remediation plans

• • Working with SMEs to address vulnerabilities in processes, designing and documenting workarounds to mitigate the risk

• • Assist in the creation and delivery of Canopius’ annual Resilience testing plan, including exercise preparation, delivery, report writing and lessons learned tracking

• • Assist in the generation and maintenance of Organisational Resilience documentation appropriately for reporting requirements to Boards and the regulators

• • Work with Procurement to ensure third party contracts are suitably reviewed and contain the relevant Resilience requirements

• • Work with Procurement to create Exit Strategies and ensure they are tested

• • Work with stakeholders to understand importance of Resilience across the firm, embedding into culture

• • Additional duties as assigned
