As a Direct Care Provider (DCP), you’ll be on the front lines of care—building meaningful connections, supporting daily routines, creating positive experiences, and helping residents grow through structure, encouragement, and engagement. No two days are the same, and every day is an opportunity to make a lasting impact.
What You’ll Do:
• Provide direct care, support, and supervision for residents
• Work alongside an incredible team to deliver therapeutic care and services
• Help implement daily schedules, activities, and routines
• Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment
• Encourage growth, skill-building, and positive relationships
