We are looking for a permanent full-time Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in Barrie, ON. If you’re passionate about innovation, collaboration, and making an impact, this is your opportunity to thrive.

Work Schedule: Mon-Fri: 6:30am – 3:00pm (40 hours/week)
Starting Salary: $81,300 - $101,600 CAD annually (to be determined based on experience and qualifications)
This is an exciting opportunity for a maintenance leader who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, developing people, and making a meaningful impact on plant performance. You'll work closely with Production, Quality, and HSE teams to improve equipment reliability, enhance safety, and support continuous improvement initiatives across the operation.
Oversee the maintenance of all machinery and systems to manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
Plan, schedule, and execute preventive maintenance activities.
Troubleshoot and resolve equipment failures to maximize production uptime and operational efficiency
Supervise, train, coach, and mentor Maintenance Mechanics.
Assign work, monitor performance, and support employee development.
Participate in hiring, onboarding, succession planning, and talent retention initiatives.
Enforce health, safety, and environmental policies, including permit systems and safe work practices.
Conduct incident investigations, safety inspections, and risk assessments.
Lead 5S initiatives and support continuous improvement efforts that enhance efficiency, quality, and workplace safety.
