Full-Time Member Services Associate – (New Salem)

As our member services associate, you will help our members complete various financial transactions, help solve problems and develop solutions so they can reach their goals no matter how big or small. Every day, you will greet members and be trusted to complete an array of services, like deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, account maintenance and inquiries, and more. You’ll be our front-line link to our membership; you’ll care for them and build their knowledge about their accounts, the credit union, and what we can offer to make them successful!

Here's what you can expect:

• Receive and process members’ financial transactions
• Balance cash drawer and daily check activities
• Effectively communicate with coworkers and members
• Supportive, positive environment

Here’s what we expect:

• 40 hours a week (typically 8:15 a.m. to 4:45 p.m.)
• Cash handling and sales experience preferred, but not required
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Passion for service and supporting the mission and vision of Capital Credit Union
