HVAC Territory Manager

Capitol Group is a local, customer-focused company with nine branches strategically located to provide immediate access to inventory, pricing, and shipping status. Since 1946, Capitol Group has been a leading distributor of plumbing, HVAC, industrial/mechanical, and kitchen and bath products in Illinois and Missouri.

Our company is seeking a highly motivated and innovative HVAC Territory Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication skills, a commitment to excellence, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. As a territory manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our customers, seeking out new business opportunities, and identifying opportunities for personal and company growth.

Requirements:

- Proven track record of success in business development and sales.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

- Valid driver's license and ability to travel in an automobile.
