About the role
Join Capricorn's Australian Skilled Migration as a Registered Migration Agent to provide expert advice and support to individuals and businesses navigating the complex Australian migration landscape. What you'll be doing

• Assess client migration needs and develop tailored strategies to achieve successful visa applications
• Prepare and lodge visa applications on behalf of clients, ensuring all requirements are met
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Australian immigration law and policies to provide accurate and compliant advice
• Advocate on behalf of clients in dealings with the Department of Home Affairs
• Assist clients with gathering relevant documentation and preparing supporting evidence
• Provide exceptional customer service and manage client relationships throughout the migration process
• Stay informed of industry changes and developments to continuously improve our service offering

What we're looking for

• Registered Migration Agent qualification and current registration with the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (OMARA)
• Minimum 3 years' experience working as a Registered Migration Agent or in a similar migration advisory role
• Comprehensive understanding of Australian visa categories, application processes and immigration legislation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients from diverse backgrounds
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to navigate complex migration cases
• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and achieving positive outcomes for clients
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
