The Continuous Improvement Facilitator role is to teach and coach continuous improvement principles while helping the team eliminate waste in the automation processes appropriate to the project’s manufacturing system.

Minimum Competencies

Preferred Skills/Required Experience
• Lean Six Sigma experience
• Microsoft Office applications knowledge (Word, Excel, Publisher, Access, Outlook)
The individual will coordinate, lead, and support various improvement events under the supervision of the Continuous Improvement Manager. Additional duties may include statistical analysis, one-on-one development and coaching, and general support of the production group.
Shift Requirements: 1st shift
