The Mandate: What You Will Execute
As an Elite SAT/ACT Specialist, you will architect the testing success of ambitious students aiming for the world's most competitive universities.
- Deliver Bespoke 1-on-1 Coaching: Work intimately with students to obliterate their testing plateaus and aggressively accelerate their SAT and ACT scores.
- Analyze & Adapt: Meticulously track student metrics, diagnose core weaknesses, and develop highly customized, high-yield lesson plans for every section of both exams.
- Elevate Student Mindset: Transform academic anxiety into unshakeable confidence. You will build curiosity, reduce high-stakes stress, and guide students through rigorous academic challenges.

- The Proven Expert: You possess 2+ years of direct experience coaching the SAT and/or ACT, with a verifiable track record of engineering massive score velocity and driving students into the 99th percentile (1500+ SAT / 34+ ACT).
- The Master of Content: You have the absolute capability to teach all sections of both the SAT and ACT (Reading, Writing, Math, Science for ACT). Note: As part of our rigorous screening process, candidates must successfully pass our internal K-8 Math proficiency test.
- The Academic Heavyweight: You hold (or are currently pursuing) a Bachelor’s degree from a highly selective, elite national university (Top 25/Ivy Plus).

The Non-Negotiables
