Your Responsibilities
Identifying opportunities to improve workplace services, processes, and employee experience
Driving office-related projects from concept to implementation
Developing scalable solutions that support a growing international organization
Ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations across all administrative activities
Taking ownership of office budgets, purchasing processes, and contract management
Creating an exceptional experience for employees, visitors, and candidates
Planing and executing office initiatives, events, celebrations, and engagement activities
Supporting onboarding activities and help new colleagues feel welcome from day one
Partnering closely with People Operations, Finance, and Leadership teams
Building strong relationships across all levels of the organization
Navigating complex situations pragmatically and professionally
Representing Cardmarket's culture and values through every interaction
Your profile
Several years of professional experience as an Office Manager, Workplace Manager, Office & Facilities Manager, or in a similar role
Proven experience managing complex office environments and multiple stakeholders
Experience developing and improving workplace processes and standards
Strong project management and organizational skills
Exceptional communication skills in both English and German
Confident communicator, both written and verbal
Ability to adapt communication styles to different audiences and situations
Professional, empathetic, and service-oriented approach
You think strategically but enjoy rolling up your sleeves and getting things done
You are highly proactive and rarely wait for someone else to solve a problem
You have strong ownership and accountability
You are creative and constantly looking for ways to improve the workplace experience
