POSITION SUMMARY
The Senior Content Manager executes content strategy, speaker programming, and activity design across all Cardone Ventures events. This role translates strategic direction into programming decisions that connect what clients experience in the room to what they find on our digital platform when they return home. Beyond events, this role supports cross-departmental content projects, including corporate presentations and cross-product deliverables, ensuring consistent use of company IP. This is a content execution role, not an event production role.

- The post-event digital experience reinforces what happened in the room. Clients return to relevant content, follow-up resources, and clear next actions.
- Event activities generate meaningful data that strengthens client profiles and informs personalized recommendations downstream.
- Client activation and progression following events measurably improves year over year.
- Content produced across the organization reflects a consistent standard of quality and brand integrity.
OBJECTIVES
- Manage speaker selection, session sequencing, and in-room activity design across all Cardone Ventures events, guided by the client journey strategy set by leadership
- Design event activities that surface client needs and generate profile data used for personalized follow-up and product recommendations
- Own the post-event digital experience in partnership with the platform product team, ensuring clients find relevant content and next steps after every event
- Partner with the event production team to ensure content quality scales as the event portfolio grows
- Maintain and enforce content and IP standards across events, products, and cross-departmental deliverables
- Manage the multi-event content calendar and track programming effectiveness through client feedback, engagement data, and post-event progression metrics, reporting findings and recommendations to leadership
- Support cross-departmental content projects such as corporate presentations and cross-product deliverables as needed
COMPETENCIES
- Experience in event content programming, experience design, or content management
- Track record of building event experiences tied to a broader client or customer journey, not standalone event logistics
- Experience working cross-functionally with event production and digital platform teams
- Experience maintaining content standards across multiple products or brands preferred
- Background in business coaching, professional development, or client-facing learning environments preferred
- Willingness and ability to travel to events as required
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- 5-7+ years of experience in event content strategy, programming leadership, or experience design
- Demonstrated track record of designing event experiences as part of a broader client or customer journey, not standalone event production or logistics
- Experience working cross-functionally with event production and digital platform teams required
- Experience governing content standards across a multi-product or multi-brand environment preferred
- Background in business coaching, professional development, or client-facing learning environments preferred
- Willingness and ability to travel to CV events as required
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Prolonged periods of time sitting at a desk or computer
- Ability to travel to and be present at CV events on weekends as required
