    Job description

    Job Summary

    The Patient Service Representative assists in Scheduling patients, Checking patients in and out from their appointments, answering phones, transcribing referrals for clients, communicating information to patients and facilitating flow of data to providers. Updates patient information as needed along with working referral Work Que and registration Work Que.  Also, serves as a resource to providers and other office staff.

    Requirements

    Associate's Degree and two years experience in a medical office environment, or equivalent combination of education and experience.  Must have Epic experience along with strong interpersonal and communication skills and be proficient in the English language.
