QA Engineer

What you'll do 

● Test with intention — Execute hands-on testing across web and mobile surfaces using established QA methodologies and best practices. 

● Own quality end-to-end — Monitor every phase of the SDLC to catch issues early — from requirements review through production. 

● Write thorough test artifacts — Develop detailed test plans and test cases grounded in requirements specs and technical design documents. 

● Track and communicate clearly — Document, prioritize, and communicate bugs through issue tracking tools with clarity across engineering and product teams. 

● Close the loop on fixes — Perform regression testing on resolved bugs to verify issues are fully resolved before release. 

● Plan and coordinate — Estimate, schedule, and align testing activities with sprint and release cycles. 

What we're looking for 

● Solid grasp of QA methodologies and the software development lifecycle 

● Familiarity with databases and core web fundamentals 

● Hands-on experience with test management and issue tracking tools 

● Basic programming or scripting knowledge 

● Understanding of agile development practices ● Strong attention to detail and ability to self-organize

● Clear, professional written and verbal communication 

● Comfort working in a fast-paced, iterative environment 

Qualifications 

● Proactive mindset — you take ownership and follow through 

● Bonus: experience with web or mobile test automation 

Education Experience 

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field — or equivalent experience.
