The Lead Finance Systems Administrator is responsible for the administration, optimization, integration, governance, and continuous improvement of CareDx's Finance systems portfolio, with NetSuite serving as the Company's core ERP platform and Coupa, Concur, FloQast, and related applications supporting critical financial operations. This role serves as the primary technical owner for Finance systems, partnering closely with Accounting, Finance, Procurement, Internal Audit, and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and well-controlled solutions that support business objectives.
The Lead Finance Systems Administrator provides technical leadership for system configuration, integrations, vendor management, platform enhancements, and operational support. This individual translates business and accounting requirements into effective technology solutions while ensuring the reliability, compliance, and performance of systems supporting financial reporting, procure-to-pay, expense management, month-end close, audit readiness, and SOX-regulated processes.
Reporting and Key Partnerships
Reports to the Manager, IT SOX & Corporate Applications, serving as the primary technical owner for NetSuite and the supporting Finance systems landscape, including Coupa, Concur, FloQast, and other related systems/integrations.

This is the anticipated base salary range for candidates who will work in Brisbane, California. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include, but are not limited to, the type and length of experience within the job, the type and length of experience within the industry, education, etc. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives and restricted stock units. $112,000 - $140,000 USD
