We are looking for a dedicated Facilities & Security Supervisor to join our team and help us maintain and improve our facility's operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of the facilities, including building systems, equipment, and grounds.
- Directs the maintenance, repair, security and upkeep of the company’s fleet of vehicles within the annual budget
- Coordinates and supervise preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
- Manages a team of facilities associates, maintenance technicians, and contractors, ensuring tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and on time.
- Monitor and maintain compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve facility-related issues, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
- Collaborate with operations, security, and logistics teams to support seamless workflows.
- Manages vendor relationships and contracts for repairs, equipment servicing, and supplies procurement.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s Degree with technical training in plant engineering/plant maintenance, electrical and HVAC or equivalent qualification.
- At least five (5) years of experience in facilities management, maintenance, or a related supervisory role, preferably in a distribution or warehouse setting.
- Strong understanding of building systems, machinery, and preventive maintenance practices.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of OSHA standards and workplace safety regulations.
- Proficiency in using facilities management software and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
