Your Role

For our team of researchers and engineers, we seek a student to support our research and experiments on the characterization of thin films for inline metrology in battery manufacturing.

• Develop and evaluate optical spectroscopy concepts for thin-film characterization with a focus on battery manufacturing processes

• Design and perform experiments to measure and model optical properties of thin films for inline metrology

• Analyze and process spectral data to assess measurement robustness for industrial use

• Support the development and testing of prototype spectroscopy setups and inline metrology demonstrators

• Research existing solutions related to optical thin-film metrology and adapt relevant approaches to our application
