Quarry Manager

Quarry 

• Safety Management of Quarry operation as well as contractors at quarry and crusher
• Quality of products including Kiln Feed Stone (KFS), Ready Mixed Stone (RMX), Stone Chip and Stone Dust
• Efficiency of mining activity including cost, inventory, delivery, shipment, CapEx and budget
• Reporting Safety, Quality and Efficiency
• CSR and Government relationship related
• Mining and Geology work of Quarry
• People Management in teamwork
• Meeting with suppliers of raw materials to negotiate pricing terms and purchase agreements
• Conducting inspections of equipment and facilities to ensure that safety standards are being met
• Manage supplier’s relationships to make sure smooth operation throughout service and delivery
• Manage working capital in part of Quarry Inventory
• Prepare and manage budget on Unit cost/ consumption as well as expense in quarry department to meet or better than annual budget committed
• Coordinate with O&M to ensure that their requirements are fulfilled, and not effect to Production plan
• Coordinate with Carmeuse mining and geologist team to align operation and project going on in Thailand
• Manage QCM and SPM including update all activities related
• Prepare and manage budget on Unit cost/ consumption as well as expense in GCC plant to meet or better than annual budget committed
• People Management in teamwork
• Meeting with suppliers of raw materials to negotiate pricing terms and purchase agreements
• Conducting inspections of equipment and facilities to ensure that safety standards are being met
• Manage working capital in part of GCC Inventory
• Coordinate with O&M to ensure that their requirements are fulfilled, and not effect to Production plan
• R&D products for increase value and utilize waste.

GCC Production

• Prepare and manage budget on Unit cost/ consumption as well as expense in GCC plant to meet or better than annual budget committed
• People Management in teamwork
• Meeting with suppliers of raw materials to negotiate pricing terms and purchase agreements
• Conducting inspections of equipment and facilities to ensure that safety standards are being met
