You’ll work directly with internal stakeholders to keep systems running smoothly, resolve issues and maintain organized, audit-ready documentation in a fast-paced, security-conscious environment. This role reports to the Head of Information Technology.

What Your Day to Day Is

    • Partner with teams to gather requirements and support system functionality
    • Ensure data integrity, system performance and adherence to security best practices
    • Document processes, maintain system and compliance documentation, and provide user training
    • Support CMMC compliance efforts by maintaining documentation, tracking changes and ensuring alignment with controls
    • Own and organize system security documentation, policies and procedures across IT systems
    • Track system and configuration changes (Jira, ERP and related systems) and ensure proper documentation for compliance purposes
    • Partner with IT and security leadership to support audit readiness and evidence collection
    • Help maintain a structured, up-to-date repository of policies, SOPs, diagrams and related documentation

    What You’ll Have

    • Authorization to work in the U.S. without restriction is required. The company is unable to provide sponsorship for this position.
    • 2+ years of experience in systems or application administration
    • Strong hands-on experience with Jira
    • Experience supporting ERP systems (Costpoint preferred, but similar experience accepted)
    • Proven ability to troubleshoot and manage tickets in a support environment
    • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with business users
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and maintain structured documentation
    • Experience working in or supporting compliance frameworks (CMMC, NIST 800-171, ISO, etc.) is a plus

    How You’ll Stand Out

    • SQL, SSRS and/or Power BI experience
    • Exposure to integrations or light scripting
    • Experience in regulated or compliance-conscious environments
    • Familiarity with CMMC, NIST 800-171 or similar frameworks
    • Experience supporting audits or maintaining compliance documentation

What You'll Get Out Of It

    • UPMC health coverage with FSA or HSA options
    • Comprehensive dental, vision, and life insurance
    • Fidelity 401(k) plan with employer match
    • Free catered lunch every day with a vegan option
    • 31 Days of PTO (including holidays)
    • Comp time for company travel
    • Hybrid work environment: remote + in-office flexibility
    • High-impact role in a growing robotics company (175+ employees)
    • Small, collaborative IT team with broad exposure
    • Security-first, innovative engineering culture
