We’re seeking a Licensed Psychologist to join our collaborative pediatric outpatient team in South Asheville. This is an opportunity to focus on high-quality psychological assessment while working alongside Psychology, Behavioral Health, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Speech-Language Pathology providers.

Our practice is built around collaboration, professional growth, and clinician well-being. We provide the structure, resources, and protected time clinicians need to do excellent work and build sustainable careers.

    What You'll Do

    • Conduct comprehensive psychological and developmental assessments for children and adolescents.
    • Complete interviews, observations, standardized testing, interpretation, and integrated reports.
    • Provide clear, compassionate feedback and practical recommendations to families and referring providers.
    • Collaborate with OTs, PTs, SLPs, behavioral health therapists, and other pediatric providers.
    • Provide clinical supervision to Licensed Psychological Associates (LPAs).
    • Train and mentor practicum students, interns, and emerging clinicians.
    • Participate in case consultation and multidisciplinary team discussions.
    • Collaborate across clinic, school, and telehealth settings.
    • Stay current with evidence-based assessment practices.

    What Sets Us Apart

We believe psychologists do their best work when they have the time, tools, mentorship, and support to practice well.

    • Protected clinical time: Daily protected time for scoring, report writing, and collaboration—so essential work doesn’t have to happen after hours.
    • Professional growth: Weekly protected time for professional development and case consultation.
    • Robust assessment support: Templates, tools, and collaborative review processes that streamline report writing while maintaining high clinical standards.
    • Embedded mentorship: Dedicated mentorship for clinicians who are newer to assessment work.
    • True interdisciplinary collaboration: Work closely with OTs, PTs, SLPs, behavioral health therapists, and other pediatric providers.
    • Ongoing training: Continued training in evidence-based assessment tools and best practices.
    • Flexibility: Scheduling options designed to support work-life balance and sustainable clinical practice.
    • Opportunities across settings: Collaborate across clinic, school, and telehealth environments.
    • Career advancement: A clear, structured pathway for professional and clinical leadership growth.
    • Positive culture: A supportive team grounded in purpose, teamwork, respect, and a shared commitment to children and families.
