    Monday thru Friday

    8:30 am thru 5:00 pm

    Location: Cleveland County

    Pay Range:

    $22.90 - $34.35

    Essential Functions

    • Educates patients on the proper use of equipment and/or services offered.
    • Verifies primary payers for coverage criteria and communicates any financial obligation to the customer.
    • Obtains initial pre-certification or authorization for prescribed equipment and/or services as dictated by patient's insurance.
    • Researches qualifying reimbursement data in effort to create initial clean claims for third party payers.
    • Confirms all deliveries of equipment and/or services in the billing system monthly.
    Physical Requirements
    Work requires long periods of sitting and manual dexterity.

    Education, Experience and Certifications

    High School Diploma or GED required. 2 years' experience in a medical retail, medical office setting or equivalent combination of training, education, and experience.
