Carpenter Co has an immediate opening for a 2nd Shift Operator B (Bedding) in Temple, Texas, offering a fantastic opportunity to launch a stable manufacturing career with an industry leader. Starting at 7PM, you will drive production efficiency by operating forklifts and material handling equipment to safely transport materials, supply active machinery lines, and manage bulk foam recycling. Working in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment, you will serve as a critical logistical link on the floor closely communicating with operators and management to keep staging areas seamlessly stocked, organized, and running at peak performance.

Skills / Requitements

• High School education or GED
• Forklift operation experience
• Strong communication skills
• Adaptability
