About This Role
If you are looking for an opportunity to help shape the future of our global supply chain and digital teams by building on a strong foundation of process excellence, strategic capability, and cross-functional collaboration, this role offers a unique platform to make a significant business impact. Working closely with executive leaders across Digital, Cyber, and Supply Chain, you will help drive alignment, accelerate decision-making, and champion innovative, seamless solutions that advance enterprise priorities. This role requires the ability to navigate complexity, connect diverse stakeholders, influence outcomes, and lead meaningful change that strengthens business performance and enables organizational success.
This role will report to Guru Bandekar, VP, CPO & Enterprise Systems and Security. As a trusted advisor and impact multiplier, you will translate enterprise priorities into aligned decisions, compelling executive narratives, and disciplined execution across Digital, Cyber, and Supply Chain. The successful candidate will help identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve organizational effectiveness, and drive strategic initiatives that create measurable business value. This position requires the individual to be within commuting distance of Carrier Headquarters in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.

Pay Range
The annual salary for this position is between $143,000.00 - $286,000.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate. The pay range will not be below the minimum wage applicable to the jurisdiction in which the applicant is to be employed.Other Compensation
This position is entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.Benefits
