Domestic Automotive Technician Martinsburg, WV | Full-Time | Flat Rate Compensation Carter Myers Automotive (CMA) is seeking an experienced Domestic Automotive Technician to join our growing service team. This position is available due to continued expansion of our Fixed Operations team. What You'll Do As a Domestic Automotive Technician, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain domestic vehicles according to manufacturer specifications and dealership standards. You will work closely with Service Advisors and Parts Associates to ensure timely repairs and exceptional customer satisfaction. Compensation & Benefits Flat Rate compensation structure.
Earning potential of $60,000 - $125,000+ annually, based on experience, certifications, and productivity. Ongoing manufacturer and technical training opportunities. Career advancement opportunities within the CMA organization. Schedule Monday through Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Saturday rotation: Every third Saturday
