70 days for a business to get paid, and it’s increasing 5% every year. Formal funding options are limited, and cover &lt; 5% of the addressable market.We are building India’s largest B2B Payments Platform that transforms how businesses pay and get paid.

The platform already processes INR 20,000+ Crores of invoices every month, across 300,000 MSMEs and 1200+ corporates; with 30+ lenders plugged in for credit. Globally, companies in this space, like Coupa, Bill.com, Melio, C2FO, Tipalti, have witnessed tremendous success over the past decade doing $ Billion+ disbursements weekly and cumulatively valued over $50 Billion.You will join our core team that currently consists of ex-BCG and ISB / IIM alumni with a team of industry veterans serving on the advisory board.

Responsibilities:

Maintain and regularly update internal trackers and operational reports to ensure smooth coordination between teams.Support vendor lifecycle operations, including onboarding, status classification, and platform setup through internal tools.Coordinate and execute data-related tasks such as outstanding uploads, fee reconciliations, and platform fee summaries.Handle operational tickets related to vendor requests like payment extensions, fee modifications, and cancellations via email/WhatsApp.Work closely with cross-functional teams to fulfill ad hoc data requests and ensure accurate CRM (HubSpot) mappings between vendors and buyers. Skills:

Graduate from any stream (Commerce, Economics, Business preferred). Strong command over Excel – Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Filters, Conditional Formatting, etc.Comfortable working with web-based tools like HubSpot, Metabase, Retool, Google Sheets, Airtable.Good written and verbal communication skills.Highly organized and able to work under tight timelines.

Attention to detail with a bias for execution and quality.
