SUMMARY:
Service to include order taking of any food and beverage items. This task will be handled in a friendly, courteous, helpful, timely, and professional manner resulting in a high level of guest satisfaction.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Check deli to make sure food & beverage items are stocked.
- Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Take guests orders and make menu recommendations.
- Input orders into (POS) Point of Sale System noting any special preparations in foods.
- When food is ready, retrieve order and confirm its accuracy with appropriate condiments.

EDUCATION:
- High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
LICENSE REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen, background investigation, and maintain a Pauma Gaming Commission License.
PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS: (*Constantly, Frequently, Occasionally)
- Ability to lift 40 pounds.
- Ability to stand during entire shift.
- Constantly walking and standing.
- Constant hearing, seeing, and talking.
- Constantly balancing, bending, reaching, twisting, holding, wrist motion, and stooping.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Work is performed indoors in a climate-controlled environment.
- Close spaces while working with others.
