Catalytic Combustion is immediately hiring for a Project Manager. The Project Manager is responsible for delivering projects on time within scope. This includes schedule management, customer submittals, scope tracking, logistics planning, and customer communication. The Project Manager is responsible for the project from handoff from Sales to shipping or onsite startup and testing as applicable. Projects will be assigned by the Senior Project manager through a project hand-off. Projects may include R&D, sold orders, new internal equipment or others as identified.

Essential Duties:
- Manage projects from initiation to completion.
- Provide a project schedule to identify when each task will be performed.
- Maintain close communication with customers and any contractors required to complete the project.
- Track progress of projects through fabrication. Work with fabrication to resolve production related challenges.
Education/Experience
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and three years of project management experience; OR
- Associate degree and five years of relevant project management experience; OR
- Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience demonstrating the ability to successfully perform the essential functions of the position.
- 3-5 years of project management experience in a manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or related environment.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, including budgets, schedules, resources, and customer expectations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Experience working with ERP/MRP systems.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Purchasing, Production, Quality, and Customer Service.
