Operations Support Associate

The Operations Support Associate shall be responsible maintaining and updating an internal database. He/She shall be responsible for uploading the search strategy and candidate information into the system. Additional responsibilities shall include:

• Conduct technical filmed interviews of the selected candidates and uploading it in the system.
• Assistance in the generation of a complete multi-media report.

• Graduate or Post Graduate Degree.
• The candidate must have excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
• The candidate must have a positive attitude with good persuasive abilities.
• The candidate should have high learning ability and adaptability to change.
• The candidate must have an eye for details.
• Proficient in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint).
