Job Summary
Caterpillar is seeking a Manager NPI to lead and execute critical sourcing and NSI-related project work across ECTS programs and cross-functional partners. This onsite individual contributor role is responsible for driving project governance, portfolio management, stakeholder alignment, KPI reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives that support successful program execution.
As a key partner across engineering, purchasing, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, PMO, suppliers, and other business functions, you will lead through influence to ensure projects are effectively planned, governed, monitored, and delivered. This role requires a strong project leadership background, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage complex initiatives across a diverse stakeholder network.
You will play a critical role in enabling business success by maintaining visibility into project performance, proactively managing risks, supporting leadership decision-making, and driving operational excellence across multiple initiatives.
Locations: Mossville, IL (Primary) or Lafayette, IN (Alternate)

Summary Pay Range:
$147,760.00 - $221,640.00Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
